May 1925 Started manufacturing
main products of gasoline meters and oil pumps
in Shibanaka monzen-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo under
private management
of Shokichi Matsuda

May 1933 Built a plant in
Shibamitashikoku-cho, Minato-ku, and started producing
compression machines on a full scale
July 1938 Built a plant in
Kojiya-cho, Ota-ku for business expansion
March 1940 Established and
registered Matsuda Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
June 1945 Transferred the
plant to Kuki-machi, Saitama Prefecture by the order of
evacuation from the Military Department.
May 1952 Transferred the
head office plant to Ryoke, Urawa City for business
expansion
May 1958 Opened Osaka Sales
Office in Higashi-ku, Osaka City
April 1964 Opened Nagoya
Sales Office in Naka-ku, Nagoya City
August 1985 Transferred the
head office and plant to the Kiyoku Industrial Comprex in
Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture
December 1992 Opened Tokyo
Branch Office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
May 1996 Established a
subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand
May 1997 Opened a representative
office in Illinois, USA
July 2003 Established a subsidiary in Ohio, USA
November 2007 Established a subsidiary in Shanghai, China
